TONVA has an independent machine development room, mold design room, 3D measurement room, and a team of engineers with more than 20 years of industry experience. Our mold design engineers provide sample design services for you to design products with market competitiveness. If you don't have a sample yet, we can also provide 3D printing services.
Manufacture
TONVA machining center has more than 100 sets of high-precision engraving equipments, wire running, wire cutting equipment, deep hole drilling equipment, CNC lathes, and other processing and mapping testing equipment, which means that all the processing of machines and molds are completed by TONVA.
Packing & Delivery
Sample acceptance: At the beginning of the order, we will confirm with you the product drawings and your requirements for sample acceptance, you can put forward such as: material, weight, color, quantity and other requirements, we will send you samples according to your requirements acceptance.
TECHNICAL: TONVA always puts technology research and development in the first place, we have more than 50 R & D design engineers, we are willing to establish long-term good cooperation with customers, and share the latest technology with you!
TONVA regularly holds technical training services, you can arrange your engineers coming to our factory to learn technology and operation. Also, we have overseas after-sales inspection engineers, you need to inform us in advance, we will arrange engineers to discuss technology and solutions with you on site!
