1.Heating and Softening: Plastic granules or preforms are heated to a temperature where they become pliable and easy to mold.
2.Stretching and Blowing: The softened plastic is fed into a mold, where it's stretched into a long tube-like shape. Then, high-pressure air is blown into the tube, causing it to expand and conform to the shape of the mold cavity.
3.Cooling and Solidification: Once the plastic cools and solidifies, the mold opens, and the finished bottle is ejected.
